The textbook is an introductory course in the theory of dynamic systems and nonlinear dynamics. It presents theoretical information, as well as methods and techniques for studying dynamic systems that form the basis of modern nonlinear dynamics. The book covers systems with discrete time described by difference equations, and systems with continuous time described by autonomous differential equations. The textbook devotes significant attention to discussing various applications and analyzing a range of models of nonlinear dynamics.
