The characteristics and properties of materials used in modern radio engineering are presented, including physical properties, areas of application, and technical requirements for conductor, magnetic, dielectric, semiconductor, and nanoscale materials. This publication serves as educational material for the discipline "Materials of Electronic Engineering" studied by students majoring in 11.03.01 "Radio Engineering", 11.03.02 "Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems", 11.03.03 "Design and Technology of Electronic Devices", and 11.05.01 "Radioelectronic Systems and Complexes". It may be useful for students and teachers of other radio engineering and instrument-making specialties.
