Corporate entrepreneurship is a tool that allows large companies to grow and adapt to the constantly changing world. Entrepreneurial employees are an underestimated business asset capable of creating new products, testing cutting-edge business models, or implementing innovations. Andrey Batrimenko, an expert in product approach, talks about organizing a system for finding and developing internal entrepreneurs using the example of the "Vector" program of the state corporation "Rostec," as well as sharing his experience of participating in dozens of similar programs in other large companies. One of the chapters of the book is written by employees of the Corporate Innovations Center of the FRII Accelerator and contains insights into the emergence of corporate entrepreneurship in Russia, as well as real cases of its development in domestic corporations (such as "KamAZ," X5 Group, and others). The publication will be of interest to top managers, leaders of corporate structures and state-owned companies, students and teachers of economic and management specialties, employees of development institutions, as well as anyone who wants to learn more about internal entrepreneurship and its role in modern business.
