International treaties between Rus" and Byzantium concluded in the 10th century

The retrospective view of the historical process is a significant point in determining the meaning of modern international law, the crisis of which was determined during the collapse of the USSR. In monographs on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the dispers of the international treaties of Rus" with Byzantium concluded in the X century, an in -depth characteristic of the origin, legal nature, the actions of the consistent agreements in time and in space, the norms of international public and private law are given.
