Throughout the 20th century, in our days, in the context of numerous crises, international offenses are observed, the scale and number of which challenges the modern international law and order. In this regard, the international community is faced to strengthen the commitment to the principle of the supremacy of international law through the implementation of international responsibility.
The role of international responsibility in the process of maintaining and strengthening the international law and order is indisputable.
The concept of this textbook is the consideration of one of the most pressing and problematic issues of the science of international law, international responsibility by combining the analysis of doctrinal provisions and the current international judicial and arbitration practice: the International Court of the European Court of Human Rights, the Mesmerikan Court of Human Rights , groups established by GATT and WTO, the appeal body of the WTO, the constant chamber of the arbitration court, the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, etc.
At the end of each chapter of the textbook for better assimilation of the proposed material, control issues, recommended literature, regulatory acts, documents of international bodies and organizations are given. The textbook also contains a glossary, a list of decisions of international courts and arbitration, analyzed during the consideration of topics, Internet resources.
