The textbook is recommended by the UMO on the legal education of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation as a teaching manual for students of educational organizations, studying in the direction of preparation of 030900 "jurisprudence, qualification (degree)" bachelor ".
A manual developed on the basis of the program of the International Private Law program to prepare bachelors in the direction of jurisprudence and is intended for practical training on this academic discipline.
Workshop covers 10 main thematic blocks. Each block includes questions for studying, tasks for independent work of students (drafting schemes, tables, topics for a discussion club, business game scenarios, etc), tasks-incident based on real judicial and arbitration practice, a list of regulatory sources and literature . The tasks suggest the use of active forms of training and in the complex are focused on the acquisition of practical skills and competencies to work in the field of private-level relations with the participation of foreign persons.
