The textbook was prepared by the team of authors - well-known scientists and practitioners with extensive experience in the field of international arbitration. The prerequisite for the preparation of the textbook was the model educational program of the International Commercial Arbitration:, approved by specialists of leading universities in the country during the first All-Russian (international) scientific and methodological conference "Alternative dispute resolution in higher and additional professional education programs" (St. Petersburg, 2008 G)
