One of the promising methods for obtaining dispersed materials is considered - internal saturation of low -alloy alloys with oxygen and nitrogen. A detailed analysis of the saturation process is given. Information about the internal oxidation of alloys based on copper, silver, iron, nickel, molybdenum, tungsten, platinum and internal nitrogen of alloys based on molybdenum, tungsten, iron and other metals.
