The first textbook in Russia, which comprehensively discusses the world experience of legal regulation of integration processes, analyzes the laws of the formation and development of integration law at the regional, interregional and global levels, and the most important achievements of the legal regulation of international integration in economic, political and other areas of public life, are characterized. The legal status of leading integration organizations operating in different parts of the globe was investigated, the legal basis for the participation of Russia in them.
In a special part, leading integration law enforcement of the global arena and in certain regions of the world, including in the post -Soviet space: the right of the World Trade Organization, the right of the European Union, the right of the North American Association of Free Trade, etc. were analyzed.
Particular attention is paid to the practical aspects of Russia"s participation in integration processes, including the legal basis for integration in the territory of the former USSR, the legal regulation of the creation and functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union.
