The training manual considers the basic methods of instrumental research of the cardiovascular system: electrocardiography, echo cardiography, monitoring of electrocardiogram and blood pressure, and from didactic positions - also phonocardiography. Special attention is paid to electrocardiography as an essential electrophysiological method of research of heart functions, the development of which is always difficult for students. The main task of the textbook is to contribute to an in-depth study of the diagnosis of heart disease, as well as changes from the cardiovascular system arising from diseases of other organs using modern research methods. The material is set out not only in a strict academic form (in particular, with respect to ECG - from the standpoint of the vector theory of electrocardiography), but also with elements of a historical excursion and the problem supply of the material. The clinical significance of the changes detectable changes is emphasized, which makes it more interested to assimilate complex sections of instrumental diagnostics.
