Innovative paradigm XXI

The monograph sets out a system of views on the processes of innovative development, based on the concept of post -industrial society. Based on the basic premise - the predominance of intellectual labor over the industrial - the problems of interaction between society, power, science and business are analyzed, the resource concept of competitiveness was proposed, the problems of the formation of technological space were considered and the basic provisions of the ecology of technology were formulated.
Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience of innovative development, approaches to the formation of the national innovation system (NIS) as the Basic Institute of the Economics of the Post -Industrial Society, the problems of innovative development of territories, the concept of the "territory of innovative development - shooting range", the methodology of the formation of local innovative innovatives was described. Systems, examples of its implementation in Russia and abroad are given.
