The presented book is devoted to the special topics of the history of the Second World War - the creation, structure and functioning of the United Army"s special propaganda bodies from 1939 to 1945. It contains widely presented forms of work with military servicemen of the enemy and special technical specialists" propaganda. The second part of the publication is associated with conflicts in the Far East, the last of which in its chronological framework was parallel to the Second World War. It was then that the Red Army in practice for the first time implemented its concept of managing counter-project operations, which later became the classic of military art in the fight against the German Nazism
