The book is devoted to the analysis of information culture, its main components that the author defines as symbolites. This is information infrastructure, video sequence and meta formation. In the context of cultural analysis of information culture, the information community, the information field, flow and quantum of information, types of information support, and phenomenal reality are given. The consequences of the formation of the information society, including such a phenomenon as information catastrophes, are analyzed.
In the example of Russia, one of the fundamental problems of modern civilization development is covered: the interaction between information culture and historically emerging spiritual identity. The components of the spiritual identity of Russia are considered: the vertical and horizontal council, the nature of spiritual errors, the formula of civilizational progress is decoded, the definition of spiritual truth, a universal enthelech, zone as a time of civilization.
