The textbook in two parts is developed in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard for primary general education and the concept of the 'Perspective Primary School' set. The textbook 'Informatics and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies)' is designed in accordance with the requirements of the new educational standards and completes the course of informatics for primary school students. It includes not only a system of tasks but also necessary explanations for their completion. In the second part of the textbook, students are introduced to types of information and information technologies - they gain an understanding of processing information of different types and acquire initial skills in working with the graphic editor Microsoft Paint, the text processor Microsoft Word, and the numerical information processing program Calculator. Students become familiar with actions performed by objects and on objects, with algorithms executed by the system of performers. The selection of material contributes to the development of study skills and logical thinking, as well as to the expansion of students' horizons. Tasks of a gaming nature are included. Tasks that require creating a drawing or filling in gaps in tables or algorithms should be completed in a workbook, which is an integral part of the educational and methodological set.
