This educational manual is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 287 dated May 31, 2021.
The manual is intended for studying the course "Informatics" in the 5th grade of a general education school. It is part of the educational and methodological complex on informatics for 5-6 grades, including an author's program, textbooks, workbooks, electronic materials, and a methodological guide for teachers.
The manuals for 5-6 grades provide an introduction to the subject, assuming further study of the informatics course in grades 7-9. In accordance with the Model Curriculum for Informatics for 5-6 grades, the manual contains material on thematic sections: "Theoretical Foundations of Informatics," "Digital Literacy," "Algorithmization and Basics of Programming," "Information Technologies." The theoretical material of the manual is supported by an extensive apparatus for organizing the assimilation of the studied material, including questions, tasks, and assignments for practical implementation, as well as a description of computer lab work.
It ensures the development of students' universal learning actions, competence in the use of information and communication technologies, and the formation of algorithmic and information culture.
