The monograph is devoted to obligations arising from non -contractual harm for which special regulation is provided. Such non -contractual obligations include obligations arising from damage, unjust enrichment, due to deficiencies in goods, works, services, from unfair negotiating on conclusion of the contract, from conducting other people"s affairs without assignment (Negotiorum Gestio) Russian legislation, the practice of its application, the legislation of individual foreign states, doctrine, in particular European law and “supranational” European law, as well as international treaties, are analyzed.
