The book is devoted to the middle of life and the fact that today is called the crisis of the mid life.
During this period, there is a transition from one psychological identity to another, the crisis of the spirit arises, and in this crisis, old self is lost and new ones. It is this internal activity and the meaning of this transition explores the author. Taking psychological events occurring in the middle of life as the original material, he does not disregard the serious interpersonal and social consequences of these important events arising in the spiritual depths of the individual.
In this book, the author does not offer solutions regarding the crisis of the middle of life and does not give any specific recipes for overcoming the frightening forces, which are sometimes powered by. He only recommends the path of entering the scope of the psyche and passing through it.
