The paper discusses various approaches and methods for building an effective model of financial support for public services, analyzes theoretical provisions in the field of budgetary expenses and evaluating the effectiveness of the mechanism for financing services in the educational sphere at the present stage.
The mechanism for the provision of public services is considered from the point of view of its development in the context of reforming the budget system, taking into account the need to form a state regulatory framework and further improve the financing mechanism under the influence of market tools.
The task of the study is to develop the theoretical foundations for the formation of an effective mechanism for financing educational services and its optimization in a new economy of education.
