Immunological control of the formation of the vascular network of the placenta

The monograph is devoted to poorly studied issues of human reproductive biology - the mechanisms of immunological control of the development of the vascular network of the placenta. The authors consider the formation of the vascular network of the placenta at various stages of its development. The role of the main mechanisms of regulation of proliferative processes, primarily the functional activity of endothelial cells, in the development of the placenta, is described.
On the example of the most severe form of obstetric pathology - gestosis, the value of changes in the balance of pro- and anti -angiogenic factors in violation of the development of the placenta is shown.
