The manual presents a description of the method of quantitative determination of antibodies to an ovarian antigen. The method is intended for additional laboratory diagnostics of autoimmune ooforita in women in conjunction with other indicators of clinical laboratory diagnostics. The method is based on the principle of traditional solid-phase immunoferment analysis (ELISA) of antibodies. The proposed diagnostic method is non-invasive, allows to obtain comparable quantitative data, as well as screening large groups of patients. The manual provides the necessary reagents and equipment for analysis, the procedure for analyzing the analysis is set out, the method of calculating the results.
