Ilya Chernyavsky is an outstanding Russian architect, author and co -author of such bright projects as the Sanatorium boarding house of the USSR State Planning Commission, Voronovo "and Party" Otradnate "in the Moscow region, sleeping building of the Red Paragra Rest House, sleeping buildings of the Pine Grove of the Pine Grove and many others influenced the development of Russian architecture of modern times. Being for a long time the head of the Central Military District of the Central Department Store of Resort and Tourist buildings and complexes, he together with his colleagues formed the standards of modern medical and health complexes, solving not only functional tasks, but also creating expressive, memorable images of structures of this type. Chernyavsky established himself not only as an outstanding practitioner, but also a thinker. His ideas about modern architecture are relevant today both in Russian and foreign specialists, and the galaxy of his students successfully continues to develop the philosophical principles of the architecture of the master in projects of the 21st century.
