"One thought has long been tormented by <...> too difficult <...>. This idea is to portray a positively beautiful person. In my opinion, it cannot be more difficult to be ... ", - wrote Dostoevsky to A. Maikov. The type of such a character was embodied in Prince Myshkin - the main character of the novel "Idiot", the greatest work of world literature and - universally recognized - the most mysterious novel by Dostoevsky.
Who is he, Prince Myshkin? A man who imagines himself Christ, intending to heal the souls of people with his boundless kindness? Or an idiot who is not aware that in our world such a mission is impossible?
The prince’s confusing relations with others, the difficult internal bifurcation, painful and different love for two women close to his heart, strengthened by bright passions, painful experiences and unusually complex characters of both heroines, become the main driving plot and lead him to the fatal tragic finals
