The book analyzes the development of the general crisis of the modern system of capitalism-imperialism and at this angle of view are revealed by the peculiarities of world politics and international relations at the turn of the XX and XXI centuries. The causes of the emergence and problems of the settlement of international crises and conflicts, including in Europe, including the situation in Ukraine, in the Middle East, in Asia, Africa and Latin America, are considered.
