The book "I believe, I remember love ..." - this is a reprint of the memories of Sofia Georgievna Fedina. The first edition of the book was published in 2015, to the 102nd anniversary of the author. The daughter of Archpriest George Nepomnya, shot for the Christian faith in 1937, Sofia Georgievna was illegally repressed and spent 10 years in Soviet camps. Her father, who served as a priest in the Siberian village of Lebedyansky, spiritually enlightened his flock, created a society of sobriety and, having the golden hands of the masters, helped people in their difficult peasant life. Sofia Georgievna was her great -grandfather, Metropolitan Nicephorus (Astashevsky), who is now revered in Siberia as a saint. Red and Big Terror brutally walked around the family of Sofia Georgievna. In the 1930s, the elder brother Nikolai, the husband of Ivan, grandfather - Archpriest Jacob Sokolov, and many other close and distant relatives and friends were shot. The tests that fell to the lot of Sofia Georgievna did not break her. She did not renounce God and her father, did not lose faith and retained gratitude to people with whose help she remained alive. A genuine, bright and worthy example of the life of Sofia Georgievna inspires hope for spiritual healing, inspires and gives strength to serve God and people. This publication by the author includes a report by Archpriest George Nepomnya on the activities of the Sobility Society in the village of Lebedyansky, as well as the memories of her son, Evgeny Borisovich Fedin.
