Vladislav Nikitenko came to starvation not being ill, unlike most predecessors, he was simply fat, but for the first time culled as a protest, and returning to normal physical form was a pleasant additional bonus. In his book, the focus is on the independent psychological training of a person to the entrance to hunger and get out of it. The narration is conducted by a living language, the author rushes over himself, and over his followers with their fears before hunger. He also exposes the criticism of recognized authorities in the field of voluntary starvation - the fields of Bragg and Gennady Malakhov. Since Vladislav also travels during his starvation, he did not bypassed his attention and the places that managed to see.
The book will be interested in the widest circle of readers, but the author especially recommends it to people of extreme professions and hobbies
