Literature in Hungarian is not only in Hungary, but also beyond. After the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and signed in 1920, Hungary"s trianon treaty lost part of the territories, about a third of its former Hungarian population remained abroad. For almost a hundred years, writers and poets of the Hungarian "Middle Abroad have a connection with Hungarian literature, enriching its unique experience of close communication with other cultures. In the collection "Hungary beyond the boundaries of Hungary" presents works of Hungarian writers of Transylvania, Voivodina, South Slovakia and Transcarpathia
