The book included the chosen novels of the outstanding Chinese writer Pu Sunlin (1640-1715),-fantastic stories full of mysteries and transformations related to the action of supernatural forces.
The novels are adapted (without simplifying the text of the original) according to the Ilya Frank method: equipped with a transcription, a literal translation into Russian and the necessary lexical and grammatical commentary. The uniqueness of the method lies in the fact that remembering words and expressions during reading occurs due to their repeatability, without memorizing and the need to use the dictionary.
