The author of this book claims that the process of raising children in the new century will largely depend not only on programs and methodologies, but also not just on the "personality of the teacher," but on the system supporting the teacher's personality, their professional interests, and initiatives. "The basis for the future development of schools is the support of spontaneous educational centers," as defined by the outstanding scientist and educator from Kyiv, V.N. Zots, the key to a healthy pedagogy in mass schools. How can we transform self-generating initiatives and efforts of teachers from emotional outbursts of enthusiasts (which can be cut off at any moment due to fatigue, lack of understanding, and inevitable conflicts with any innovations) into sustainable traditions, or if you will, into "structural units" of living models of educational organization? This is the essence of the question and the theme of this book addressed to teachers, educational organizers, and especially to students and teachers of pedagogical universities.
