The process of digitization significantly changes the traditional relationships, role, and tasks of the state, its functions, and poses problems for society that are closely related to the transition to the digital economy. The use of digital technologies influences the transformation of human rights, including in the information sphere. In the scientific and practical guide, the impact of digital technologies on human rights, the changes in their scope and content are analyzed. It is shown that many rights acquire a different meaning, new rights emerge, such as access to the Internet, the right to be forgotten. Special attention is paid to a set of rights directly related to the individual, their private life, family secrets, and personal data. The author's position on the controversial issue of the impact of artificial intelligence on the realization of individual rights is formulated. The integration of new information technologies into almost all spheres of life requires law to provide an adequate response and seek correct solutions.
