N.M. Zorka is the largest cultural history specialist, a world-famous filmmaker, a laureate of several cinema premiums, author of two dozen books and more than a thousand articles, reviews, filmores. Her works and, first of all, the fundamental "history of Soviet cinema", translated and published in the USA, Japan, other countries. The book contains materials related to the biography of her Zorka. These are memories of it, written by friends, among which Mikhail Ulyanov, Alla Demidov, Inna Vishnevskaya. This is her own memories of friends, among which Ilya Averbach, Mikhail Glovsky, Tatiana Bachelis. These are autobiographical essays, as well as some texts, important for her creative formation. The final section of the book is devoted to her brothers - the famous film critic Andrei Zorka and a large scientist-cheemy Peter Zorku. The book opens up a whole layer of the life of the Moscow artistic intelligentsia of the second half of the twentieth century
