1933. Nine -year -old Anna lives the usual life of a Berlin schoolgirl, writes poetry, plays with friends - when suddenly everything changes sharply. Fearing the persecution from the Nazis, her family hurriedly leaves Berlin. Switzerland, France and, finally, England - the journey will drag on for more than two years, for which the girl will get acquainted with the culture of other countries, learn French and understand what it means to be a refugee.
