The scientific and methodological guide is dedicated to examining various ways of protecting intellectual rights and contains information on the procedure for their application. The questions of competence of state authorities, primarily courts, in the field of intellectual property protection are detailed. Information is provided on the measures provided for by Russian legislation that can be applied to violators. The legislation is current as of July 2018. The book is addressed to authors, other rights holders of intellectual property results without special legal training, and to all those interested in issues related to the management of intellectual rights.
