This book is devoted to the thoughts of the Indian philosopher and poet Sri Aurobindo about the sacred text of Vedanta - Bhagavadgit and how this text will help a person find harmony, unity with God and embark on the path of higher spiritual development. The essence of man is dual: on the one hand, he is the creation of nature, and this aspect is well aware and accepts, and on the other, he is God, he is one with God, God lives in him. This does not mean that a person has the strength and authority of similar divine. This means that divine salvation, calmness and healing, all that we ask for prayers to God, we can find by turning to ourselves. However, it is very difficult for a person to unite in his mind and in his soul these two principles: natural and divine. But on day by day, training your mind and your soul, directing them to the divine path devoting all our activities to God, we become a guide for divine power not only for ourselves, but also for others
