The second part of the textbook introduces the development of Russian literature after the 1917 Oktyabrsky coup (1925-1985).
The legacy of this period in the domestic literature is heterogeneous. It includes the literature of the first years of the formation and strengthening of the principles of "socialist realism" in a collision with other areas and currents, literature on the Great Patriotic War (from military poetry, prose and dramaturgy to the experiments of a military topics), a numerous corpus of works on the life of the village (from rural Idyllius of post-war years to realistically merciless paintings" Rustic Prose "), the literature of the" thaw"s" and the so-called "era of stagnation", and ends with works that appeared at the beginning of "restructuring of the Soviet society.
Since the mid-1980s, with the onset of "restructuring", the compositions of the writers of Russian abroad became at home, it became clear that two parallel flux of Russian literature - in the metropolis and abroad - should be considered as a whole.
