New information technologies with their search engines and richest resources provide the user with extremely ambitious opportunities in encouraging knowledge about the most diverse spheres of human and society. But to reflect the entire spectrum of ideas, views, concepts and theories about the spirit, soul, psyche and consciousness, there is not enough existing information potential even the worldwide web, not to mention paper carriers. Modern knowledge of the history of the formation and evolution of psychology is only the top of Scientific Iceberg.
Realizing this circumstance, the author attempted to present the process of the origin and development of psychological knowledge through the prism of the evolution of its foundations. At the same time, the emphasis was made on the chronologically consistent reflection of the original results of specific scientists, schools and directions in the context of their contribution to psychological science. Special attention in the monograph is given to the thesis - to the constructive setting of the structural components of psychological views, concepts and theories, knowledge of which can be expanded by the reader independently.
The author believes it necessary to emphasize that the basis of this work was the first sources, as well as the works of authoritative domestic and foreign Scientists in the field of psychology history, hoping that the assembled and presented material will somehow help the reader to navigate in the truly boundless ocean of psychological thought
