In the textbook T.V. For the first time, the history of the foreign policy of Italy since the formation of the kingdom of Italy in 1861 was systematically represented in Russian, until the events of the early XXI century. The country"s foreign policy is divided into periods that mark the alternation of domestic political regimes: monarchical liberal, monarchist fascist, republican democratic. Foreign policy constants related to Europeism and Atlantry, Italy’s activities in the Mediterranean region and the Balkans are shown. Attention is paid to the development of relations with individual countries, as well as the participation of Italy in various military-political unions. The presentation of the history of Italian foreign policy unfolds against the background of the events taking place in the country and is inscribed in the context of the changes taking place in the international arena. The whole historical path of developing Italy relations with Russia is examined in detail. The book talks about prominent politicians, the leaders of the foreign policy, well -known diplomats.
