Max Dvořák is one of the most prominent representatives of European art history at the beginning of the 20th century. His lecture course on Italian Renaissance art, delivered at the University of Vienna from 1918 to 1921, rightfully belongs to the classics dedicated to the Renaissance era. This edition includes all the researcher's lectures on Italian masters of the 14th and 15th centuries.
