The dictionary is dedicated to the still insufficiently studied topic - the history of the development of domestic elitological thought from its origins to the present day. It includes articles analyzing ancient Russian religious sanctity, political domination, cultural-philosophical determinism, and social-economic hierarchy. The authors attempted to cover the most important and significant elitological ideas expressed by well-known historical figures who touched on the theme of chosenness in their work and contributed to the development of elitological science. The main goal of this project is the systematization of scientific knowledge in elitology, which has currently reached a certain informational concentration and requires analytical processing. Another task is to discover new sources of knowledge (new authors) that have not been considered by elitological science as 'theirs' before. The first two tasks predetermine the third - popularizing domestic elitological thought and introducing new knowledge into the informational scientific space. For students and teachers, as well as all those interested in elitology issues.
