History of a Surgical Patient"s Disease. Study Guide

This tutorial was prepared for the purpose of forming the right approach to the design of the surgical disease history. It provides detailed recommendations for the proper collection of history, descriptions of objective status, setting and justifying the diagnosis, conducting differential diagnostics. The procedure for issuing documents covered by the preparation and conduct of surgical intervention and anesthesiological benefit is set. Special attention is paid to the correctness of the interpretation of the results obtained with an additional survey. Normal laboratory research indicators, a shortened version of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), the interpretation of blood and urine indicators in the study on automatic analyzers, provides a new nomenclature of standard and surgical diet, recommendations for the prevention and thromboembolic complications, and discusal of medical records .
