History and Philosophy of Science. Textbook

The textbook is prepared in accordance with the program of candidate exams in 'History and Philosophy of Science' ('Philosophy of Science'). It is intended for graduate students and applicants specializing in the field of jurisprudence. For this purpose, additional materials not provided for by the program are included in the textbook. In particular, a chapter on 'Categories of Dialectics' is included, as the analysis of these categories is included in the candidate exam programs for graduate students, and the category of dialectics has wide application in the norms of various branches of law. The topics of essays include issues related to the problems of a wide range of legal disciplines. The third section is devoted directly to the issues of the history and theory of state and law. The book may be useful for humanities graduate students.
