The collection presents articles on the history of Russia from antiquity to the XXI century. They are united by the relevance of raised problems and the research method of the authors, which are based on scientific objectivity and evidence based on sources. A number of articles are devoted to the formation of the historical image of Russia in the Polish chronography of the XV-XVI centuries, the religious policy of the Russian "Enlightened absolutism", national minorities in Soviet Russia, and the problems of public administration in Russia.
