William Petty and the emergence of classical political economy

Every beginning is difficult. To lay the beginning of new social science, and besides, as difficult as political savings, the problem is extremely complicated. Namely, the British doctor William Petty tried to solve this problem in the 17th century. In many ways, a kind of analogy between the functioning of society and the work of the human body helped him in many ways. Both are clearly subordinated to objective laws, manifestations of both can be expressed quantitatively.
