On the pages of the book, the story of one of the most beautiful temples of the Palladian style rare for the Moscow Region - the Stone Church in the name of the icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary, was built in 1797 in N. A. Soimonov, warm on the banks of the Velga River. Based on archival materials, memoirs about the family of Soimonov, personal and business correspondence of a large circle of people, the author actually creates a unique chronicle of the warm, its owners and residents for several centuries.
