The monograph investigates the essence and originality of the influence of violence in various fields of human life. Violence is considered in a multidimensional sense: philosophical, criminological, criminal, family, social. The specifics of its manifestations in relations of different types are reflected, in particular international, civil, family, labor, civil procedure, criminal, criminological, etc. The causes, prerequisites for the manifestation of cases of violence in the family, in labor groups, and children"s institutions are indicated. Attention was paid to various civil transactions committed under the influence of violence and threats, including housing and using digital technologies, indicated mechanisms for the protection of persons who became victims as a result of their commission. The judicial practice is analyzed and the features of the consideration of such cases within the framework of civil and criminal processes, bringing persons to criminal liability for crimes against life and health, including encroachments on the sexual inviolability of minors.
