The new book of the famous historian G.N. Kudia is the result of painstaking and many years of collecting materials about the Second World War (1939-1945) and on the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) wars, their analysis, their own thoughts, comparisons and conclusions. A lot has been written about those events, but they write and talk about them differently.
The author focuses on the most commonly falsified facts of the history of World War II and the history of the Soviet Union in the period 1941-1945. Many mythologems about the Red Army and the contribution of the Soviet Union to a great victory are exposed on the pages of the book, the feat of the Soviet people and the army is perpetuated, and a motivated answer is given to many accusations against the USSR, made by foreign politicians and historians.
The book is designed for the widest circle of readers and will be especially useful for schoolchildren and youth, who wants to know the truth about the Great Patriotic War. The publication was carried out in preparation for the celebration of the victory of the Soviet Union in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
