The monograph presents the experience of a multi -paradigmal study of the phenomenon of the uncertainty of law in the range from the philosophical understanding of this phenomenon to practical consequences that the indicated uncertainty entails.
The authors proceed from the postulate of uncertainty as one of the properties of human social being and various organizational structures. This property is inseparable from social dynamics, represents the back of the progressive development of any system. The book presents a metaphysical understanding of the uncertainty of law, uncertainty is specified as a regulatory-controlled parameter of the social order. Also in the work, the legal significance of the uncertainty of legal texts and meanings in the digital communicative space is considered, electronic unification and standardization factors are taken into account, their impact on the quality of regulatory policy was revealed.
