SIVKOV Konstantin Vasilievich (1882–1959), Russian and Soviet historian, Moscow, author of guidebooks in Moscow, employee of the historical museum. In 1914, he published the book “Travels of Russian people abroad in the 18th century”, where he collected travel essays on Russian nobles, most typical for that era. Notes cover the period from 1697 to 1790 and, according to the compiler, give a complete picture of the cultural development of Russian society in the age of education. The book includes the essays of B.P. Shameetev, P.A. Tolstoy, E.R. Dashkova, A.T. Bolotov, N.M. Karamzin, A.N. Radishcheva and others
