For the first time in Russia, the fundamental works of Vladimir Khristianovich Davatz (1883-1944) are published in Russia. Author - Mathematics Professor of Kharkov University volunteered for the Armed Forces of the South of Russia and ended the struggle in the ranks of the Russian army in 1920 in the emigration of V.Kh. Davatz became a prominent publicist and one of the assistants of General P.N. Wrangel.
