The monograph presents the ontological and epistemological foundations of the theory of legal influence. The main characteristics, components and elements of legal influence are indicated.
The author applies the existing scientific approaches (instrumental, psychological and informational) to the study of legal impact, analyzes the conceptual-terminological series, headed by the category of "legal impact", formulates the laws of legal influence and presents them as a result of the implementation of the theoretical science of the state, and the right of their scientific potential.
The results of the study can be used by teachers, graduate students and students of higher legal educational institutions, as well as practicing lawyers
