The textbook, consisting of two parts, includes the main topics on the course Theory of State and Law. The first part analyzes methodological problems (the subject of the theory of state and law, its methodology, etc) of the theory of origin and law, the legal state and issues of the theory of state.
When preparing the book, the author used the achievements of the general theoretical thought of the preceding period of time, as well as the latest provisions, focusing on his position set forth in a number of scientific articles, monographs, and training aids, which, along with the works of other scientists, can serve as more a complete and deep study of the corresponding general theoretical issue.
The legislation is given as of August 2020
intended for students and masters in preparation for seminar and practical classes, final qualification work or dissertation of a master, graduate students and applicants in preparation for an exam of a candidate minimum in the specialty 12.00. 01 “Theory and history of law and state, the history of legal teachings”, the dissertation for the candidate (doctor) of legal sciences, teachers of legal universities in preparation for classes on state and law.
The author considered it necessary and appropriate after each topic of this textbook to give a list of questions for self -control
